About

The project remit for the Department of Environment, Farming & Rural Affairs was to migrate the existing legacy Qlkview, Qlksense reporting processes to a new Microsoft Azure Data Lake, and Power BI services. The main source data was Finance , and HR from Oracle Financials ERP system. The project required significant requirements analysis, data analysis, solution design, build, testing, implementation, and transitioning new services into the Corporate BAU processes. Technologies used were Microsoft Data Lake, Data Factory, Purview, Power BI and Python for specific Data Science scenarios.
