The project remit was to procure, and implement a new Data Governance Tool within the UK Business to support ongoing Data Governance processes within the organisation. A business case, and forma lprocurement process was initiated and the short listed tool of choice being Colibra . Initially we setup, configured and bed the new tool into the newly formed Data Governance team in the organisation. Specific activities undertaken and completed were drafting a new Data Governance Framework and gaining approval, documentation of new data governance processes as part of the As-is , To-be analysis and aligning these processes with the newly acquired Colibra tool. Additional ongoing training and support was also provided to ensure that new processes and Colibra are bedded into BAU.
